About The Author

Bill Waggoner was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.  In 1990, Bill moved to St. Louis, Missouri and eventually settled into a career in real estate. He met John in 2003, and they had twenty-one years together until John's passing in 2024. When Bill isn't busy with his life in St. Louis, he unwinds at his weekend home overlooking the Mississippi River in Chester, Illinois. Love, John was largely written in Chester in the quiet months following John's death.
